Museum on German prisoners: “The captive of war has no place in national narratives”.

To mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day, a museum on German prisoners of war has been announced for 2027, on the former site of the Foucarville camp in the Manche département. Historian Fabien Théofilakis, a specialist in wartime captivity and member of the scientific committee, explains the project to La Croix.
